柑橘類を食べるといいこと

風邪が流行る冬の時期、

風邪予防に食べておきたいのが、

柑橘類です。ビタミンCは

傷の治りを早くしてくれるなどの

効果があるので、体のバリア機能を

高めるために柑橘類を食べたいと

思います。

In winter, many people often get cold.

In order to prevent illness,

I would like to eat the fruits like orange.

Vitamin C helps us keeping healthy,

that is why I want to eat them.
